Eminem talks “The Marshall Mathers LP” vs. “The Marshall Mathers LP 2” with MTV News [VIDEO]

Back in 2000, Eminem showed he could last in the industry when he released his sophomore album, The Marshall Mathers LP. Thirteen years have gone by since the album was released. Several Eminem albums have come since then and also two hiatuses that lasted for seven years, combined.

Eminem returned this year with The Marshall Mathers LP 2 and this album is much different than the original. One thing that returned, however, was Eminem’s trademark blonde hair. Perhaps an underlying message in the title of his new album is “as much as things change, they remain the same.”

The relationship between Eminem and Sway Calloway has lasted almost two decades and continues via Shade 45. They did an interview for Shade 45’s “Sway In The Morning” and also for MTV. In the latest clip from the MTV interview, Eminem spoke on the differences between the original and the sequel.
