Back in 2007, J-Hood infamously left D-Block and drug his chain after feeling as if he wasn’t being treated properly. In this same period of time, J-Hood wasted no time before fully focusing on his ODG movement, On Da Grind. Since then, J-Hood has worked overtime with his mixtapes.
J-Hood is one of the hottest artists in the streets and he has embraced this. Given the position he holds in the game, it was fitting for J-Hood to call his tour, “Still in Da Hood,” which reflects all his career. Finally, J-Hood is at a place where he is able to embrace his past with D-Block and let go of the animosity.
Today, J-Hood plans to release his Don Status EP, which consists of seven new songs from the street rapper. As many already know, J-Hood has a lot of new music, because he records all the time. J-Hood is working with many of the biggest rappers in the game, namely Yukmouth.
