Hip hop is in a new era, but the way it looks is actually similar to the old days of the hip hop community. Mixtapes rule the nation and artists drop projects when they feel like it and fans flock to it. At forty years old, hip hop music has come full circle and it could not have happened at a better time.

Harlem is playing a major part in hip hop’s comeback, so it’s only right Cam’ron be thrust in the middle of this. Only days removed from the release of his Ghetto Heaven, Vol. 1 mixtape, Cam’ron is making his rounds in promotion of the tape. A lot of misconceptions about Cam’ron have been cleared up during his rounds.

Cam’ron continued his run and it led him to Hip Hop Nation and he continued the discussion about Ghetto Heaven. Outside of the mixtape, a lot of people have felt there was always tension with him and Jay-Z. In the interview, Cam’ron made it clear he had no ill will against Jay-Z, but said he isn’t happy with life.
