Last spring, Omarion resurfaced after being on a five-year hiatus. Quickly following his return, Omarion signed with Maybach Music, a move that came as a surprise to many. Considered out of the running for the king of R&B, Omarion was immediately a contender again.
Celebrating his deal with Maybach Music and offering his fans some new material from him, Omarion delivered Care Package. Problem, Tank, and Joe Budden were among the featured guests on the mixtape, which received strong reviews. “M.I.A.” was the standout single from the project.
Omarion has continued providing hooks for his MMG label-mates in the eleven months since then. But, Omarion is a star and he always has been, which is why he will soon have something new for the fans. On his Twitter, Omarion hinted to his fans that a Care Package 2 was in the works.
