By 2003, nobody was thinking about Mase, after all he had retired from the game four years prior. Previously, Mase retired from the rap game in the middle of the promotion of his album to become a pastor. Mase returned in 2004 and still scored a couple of hits, but his focus was now positive rap.

Soon, Mase turned to G-Unit and he began making more hardcore raps akin to his style before he joined Bad Boy Records. When it comes down to hip hop artists, there are probably none with as much potential as Mase. Nobody ever quit the game as hot as he was, few rappers will ever be as hot as he was when he left.

Mase has attempted several comebacks and flirted with a Maybach Music deal last summer. Last night, Mase went on Twitter and he announced his #NOWWEEVEN album title and spoke on some other situations. He talked to Diddy about Sean John and he ranted on Cam’ron, saying they have no beef at all.
