Two years ago, Rick Ross still had momentum because of his 2010 album release, but he turned that into a huge buzz. In 2011, he signed artist after artist and they made hit after hit all within a year of the deal. Rick Ross always made bold statements, but they began holding so much weight that he soon started calling press conferences.
Fans waited all of 2011 and a good portion of 2012 for God Forgives, I Don’t, which was originally due for December 13, 2011. However, circumstances led to the album being pushed back well into 2012. But, Rick Ross feels 2013 is a better time for him to assert himself with the December release date.
Earlier this week, Rick Ross announced he would make an announcement today. It was obvious it was about his upcoming album and Rick Ross stopped his schedule today to update the fans. Going on his Instagram, Rick Ross revealed the release date for the Mastermind album for December 17.
