Over the summer, DJ Khaled did a lot of promotion for Suffering from Success and it led to a lot of images circulating the internet. In the end, the cover to the left was chosen as the official one to represent the album. DJ Khaled got things started this summer with his single with Drake and Rick Ross, “No New Friends.”
DJ Khaled went on the craziest promotional run ever when he proposed to Nicki Minaj just to promote “I Wanna Be With You.” In addition to Nicki Minaj, Future and Rick Ross also appeared on that single. Even with the promotion and the music, DJ Khaled had a harder time making this album stick and the release date changed.
Originally, DJ Khaled planned to drop Suffering from Success last month, but it was delayed until October 22. Now, DJ Khaled appears ready to drop his album. Appearances also come from J. Cole, Ace Hood, Diddy, T.I., Meek Mill, French Montana, 2 Chainz, Vado, and Lil Wayne, along with more.
