Since the end of Roc-A-Fella Records, Young Chris has done pretty good for himself. He has kept a steady flow of mixtapes out and fans have managed to keep up with him. The next project from Young Chris is an EP. Vital Signs is the name of the project and the lead single is called “I’m Alive.”
