Ladies on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram have quoted Marilyn Monroe over the past three years. Arguably the original vixen, Marilyn Monroe had men ranging from a-list actors of the day to President Kennedy. Rihanna is one of the ladies inspired by the late Marilyn Monroe.
Last year, Mike WiLL Made It created a strip club anthem with “Bands a Make Her Dance,” the classic Juicy J track. Several artists remixed the song and Rihanna was among one of them. “Pour it Up” was originally her remix, but it morphed into the single, but the video faced delays over a creative disagreement.
Nicole “The Pole” Williams auditioned for the music video, so things are definitely on track for the music video. This morning, Rihanna uploaded several Instagram photos showing herself looking like Marilyn Monroe. All of this is for the “Pour it Up” music video.
