Drake talks “Control” and not being interested in working with Kendrick Lamar with Power 106 [AUDIO]

Drake 4Drake was one of the names Kendrick Lamar called out on Big Sean’s “Control” and people were awaiting a response. Even though Drake isn’t about the drama, he went after Common on Rick Ross’ “Stay Schemin'” alongside French Montana. This was the first time since then that Drake was being called out.

An effort to bring the competitive spirit back to hip hop, Kendrick Lamar has gotten plenty of responses from Meek Mill. Other rappers mentioned have just sat back and brushed the disses off. Drake has an album to promote and he never batted an eye in the direction of Kendrick Lamar.

Big Boy’s Neighborhood was hosting Drake this morning and he talked about his feelings about Kendrick Lamar. Drake was honest about it, saying that the “Control” fad is over and no one is talking about the record, but they are talking about him. He also said most of the rappers mentioned will probably not work with Kendrick.

Expanding on the point, Drake said he once considered doing a track like that, but then questioned where it would get him.
