A good girl gone bad for six years now, Rihanna is no stranger to controversy. She often finds herself at odds with various people. Only a few months ago, Rihanna was in love with her on/off boyfriend, Chris Brown, and then they were in the midst of a Twitter beef, which has since ended.
Mike WiLL Made It is the man right now, but his run started two years ago. There was no turning back for him once “Bands a Make Her Dance” came out. Several remixes of that record came out, including Rihanna, with her remix morphing into “Pour it Up,” explaining the similar beat pattern to “Bands a Make Her Dance.”
There has been a lot of anticipation about the “Pour it Up” music video. Rihanna hoped to have something out before the end of the summer. Obviously, her hopes are not in tune with reality and her creative differences with the director, Vincent Haycock, have led to a Twitter beef.
