Joe Budden arranges Freddie Gibbs collaboration on Twitter

Joe Budden 3There were plenty of surprises in the 2013 hip hop landscape and one of them was the emergence of Joe Budden. Of course, Joe Budden originally debuted a decade ago and became one of the biggest stars in the game. An unfortunate beef with Jay-Z, however, stifled the growth of Joe Budden’s career.

However, Joe Budden took it to the streets and released a strong string of mixtapes that led to him getting bought out of his contract. Joe Budden has since remained an independent artist. This year, Joe Budden had a strong comeback with his No Love Lost album and his “She Don’t Put It Down” single with Tank and Lil Wayne.

Joe Budden is never not working on music and he recently tweeted Freddie Gibbs, saying the Indiana rapper owes him a verse. A playful exchange, Freddie Gibbs is quite similar to Joe Budden, as in he is always recording to. Freddie Gibbs responded “let’s do it” and knowing these two, they will be working soon.
