Several artists have broken out and become stars this year and A$AP Ferg is one of those artists. His song, “Work,” dropped earlier this year and the remix featuring French Montana, Trinidad James, ScHoolboy Q, and A$AP Rocky was a smash for the summer. The whole year, A$AP Ferg has prepped Trap Lord.
Initially, many thought this project would be a mixtape. Even though he was delayed into it, A$AP Rocky’s debut year was 2013 and the focus was thought to remain on him. The emergence of A$AP Ferg changed all of this and Trap Lord became his debut album.
A$AP Ferg stopped by Hot 97 tonight and he talked about his new album. For those who missed it, Trap Lord came out today. The album has a lot of heat on it and was one of the main topics in the interview. But, other focuses included Rihanna and his take on Kendrick Lamar’s line to which he was not offended.
