It turns out, Machine Gun Kelly is a wild boy for real. Two years ago, Machine Gun Kelly officially caught major label attention and joined Bad Boy Records. Prior to, Machine Gun Kelly held down the Cleveland hip hop scene with his mixtape releases, but immediately began working on his debut album.

In 2012, Machine Gun Kelly completely shifted his focus to his Lace Up debut album, which dropped toward the end of the year. “Wild Boy” helped Machine Gun Kelly get his thing going, featuring Waka Flocka Flame. From that point on, Machine Gun Kelly had his staple in the game.

But, according to medical reports, Machine Gun Kelly lived up to the “Wild Boy” persona a bit too much. Recently, there were rumors of Machine Gun Kelly contracting HIV, which was proven to be false. However, it was proven that Machine Gun Kelly has contracted such STDs as Syphilis and Gonorrhea, symptoms of which range from a pimple on your penis or rectum to a rash on your trunk.
