Drake talks regretting jumping on Rich Homie Quan’s “Type of Way” with MTV News [VIDEO]

Drake OVO Fest 2013One of the biggest breakout singles of 2013 has been “Type of Way,” by Rich Homie Quan, a summer anthem. A leading mixtape star on the Atlanta hip hop scene, Rich Homie Quan began receiving comparisons to Future. Rich Homie Quan insists he is his own person, but he is one of 2013’s breakout stars.

Drake, over the past few years, has made himself known for collaborating with many of the hottest up-and-coming stars in the game. Before he became a household name, Drake worked with Future and “Tony Montana” became a staple. Similarly, Drake jumped on the “Versace” track with Migos.

Doing well all on his own, as were the others, Rich Homie Quan honestly does not need the celebrity appeal. However, Drake told MTV News about his take on Rich Homie Quan and the “Type of Way” single. Drake revealed to MTV that one of his biggest regrets this year was not jumping on that record.
