With the focus placed back on New York hip hop, Fabolous said he plans to step up and be the leader of this hip hop scene. His situation appears as more of an elder statesman role in New York, as he is a veteran, yet also still relatively young. A lot of veterans from the New York hip hop scene have also done well.
Ever since 2010, Fabolous has teased his sixth studio album. Loso’s Way 2 is the name of Fabolous’ new album. His last LP was released in 2009 and Fabolous has released several mixtapes in the time since then with his There Is No Competition series becoming a staple.
Fabolous recently sat down with Shade 45 and talked to DJ Kay Slay. During the interview, Fabolous talked about his long-awaited album, Loso’s Way 2, and his take on reality television. Most know Fabolous’ feelings about reality television with him being dead set against it.
