This past week, Ace Hood released Trials & Tribulations, his fourth studio album. This project marks the first Ace Hood release since We The Best Music Group left their longtime label home, Def Jam, for Cash Money Records. Ace Hood definitely didn’t lose a step in the transition, dropping consistent hits.
Hitting the game early this year, Ace Hood dropped “Bugatti” with Future and Rick Ross, a song that went strong well into the spring. “Bugatti” is still doing it’s thing, but the song is beginning to fade. Not to worry, because Ace Hood is getting himself back out there with his “We Outchea” single with Lil Wayne.
Ace Hood’s been in New York City on his Trials & Tribulations promo run. Doing the other morning shows, Ace Hood stopped by Shade 45 this week and he talked to Sway Calloway for “Sway in the Morning.” While here, Ace Hood talked about the album and had a conversation about spirituality and then freestyled.
