In Atlanta, the leading radio station is Hot 107.9 and they are very active on the local hip hop scene in the city. Aiding the aspiring artists in Atlanta for a long time has been the promotional company, Schweinbeck. Serving as a management and PR firm, many doors have been opened via Schweinbeck.
With both Hot 107.9 and Schweinbeck working to help independent artists, a collaboration was inevitable. Starting next month, Hot 107.9 and Schweinbeck will be coming together for the first Monday of every month. #BattleGroundMondays is the name of the event featuring both big name performances and a showcase.
Savage Life Ent., Dope Nation, and many other companies will be involved with the upcoming show. Hosting the event will be Gambino and DJ Lady B, meanwhile DJ Iceberg and DJ Stud are supplying the music. Rolls Royce Rizzy, Liv Fli, and Mike Fresh are among the performers at the upcoming show.
