Hannah Montana is clearly no more and any remnants of Miley Cyrus’ previous persona were erased with the “We Can’t Stop” music video. Currently, Miley Cyrus is working on her new album, which does not yet have a title. Miley Cyrus wants to go a different direction with both her music and her style.
For over a year, now, Miley Cyrus has made headlines for her Instagram photos that show her with hip hop figures. Although some may argue if it is hip hop or not, Miley Cyrus went the hip hop route with “We Can’t Stop.” Mike WiLL Made It produces the song and Miley Cyrus samples Doug E. Fresh’s “La Di Da Di” with MC Ricky D.
Miley Cyrus has an anthem on her hands with “We Can’t Stop,” despite how some may feel about the record. This morning, Miley Cyrus continued her New York City press tour, stopping by Hot 97. Speaking with DJ Cipha Sounds, Ebro, and Peter Rosenberg, she spoke on her adult image, her work with rappers, and twerking.
