Next week, Kanye West will release his sixth studio album, Yeezus. This is the first album from Kanye West in three years. The first Kanye West release in years, it does not seem that way due to Watch the Throne with Jay-Z and Cruel Summer with the members of his label, G.O.O.D. Music.
Yeezus, however, is Kanye West’s next solo outing and he has only been promoting the album for a month. No other rapper in the game can put together an album in such short notice and stop the game the way Kanye West has. Since 2011, Kanye West has played a team role and now he is back in all-star mode.
Taking to the skylines around the world to debut his music, Kanye West held his listening session in New York City. Kanye West enlisted his trusted music allies to listen to his album and this included DJ Khaled, Jay-Z, Timbaland, Q-Tip, Busta Rhymes, and more. In the session, Kanye West explained the concept of his new album.
