Minnesota’s hip hop scene is breaking into the mainstream. One person leading the pack is Taylor J, who has a high-profile mixtape already out. Working on his music in Atlanta, Taylor J linked up with North Carolina crooner, James London, for his new single, “Wheels Up.”
