What day is today? That’s right, it’s Friday and that means Radio Invasion is in the building over here at Hip Hop Vibe. Let’s go ahead and get right into it, there were a lot of good releases that came out this week on the mixtape front. Honestly, a lot of these projects could have been albums, but the game is set up for mixtapes right now.
One project that got the streets buzzing came from Fred The Godson, from The Bronx up in New York City. Fred The Godson has been doing his thing for the City for a minute now, so he decided to put out a tape for his team. Talkin’ Bout Money, TBM, is the name of this ten-man clique.
This week, the most-impactful mixtape came from Fred The Godson and his team, which consists of Cris Cain, Friday Octoba, Mr. Papers, Bam Vito, Reef Hussle, Snippy, Raeliss, 808 Spills, Yung Fly, Ax, Block Montana, and Dimez. Talkin’ Bout Money, Vol. 1 is what Radio Invasion and Hip Hop Vibe are riding to this week.
