Reviving The Bronx hip hop scene is French Montana and it is now official since the release of Excuse My French. Before French Montana, Fat Joe was the most-popular rapper in The Bronx. While Fat Joe remains a big figure on The Bronx hip hop scene, it is good to change things up.
French Montana fit right in with Fat Joe’s peers in the game, both in New York City and also in Miami. Fitting it with Fat Joe’s hitmakers, French Montana also fit in with his enemies, most notably 50 Cent. Though 50 Cent and Fat Joe are now on good terms, his friends remained on strained relationships with Fif.
Yesterday, Sway Calloway sat down with French Montana and Fat Joe for the latest episode of MTV’s “RapFix Live.” There was a lot to talk about and among the stuff they mentioned was the 50 Cent feud. Both French Montana and Fat Joe talked about their past issues with 50 Cent.
