From endorsing successful presidential candidates to turning NBA franchises into contenders, there is nothing Jay-Z cannot do. Simply look at where Jay-Z started compared to where he is now. Backing out of his role as part-owner of the Brooklyn Nets, now Jay-Z can be found doing sports management.
Roc Nation Sports officially launched last month and Jay-Z has shifted his focus to getting all the top talent in sports on his roster. In women’s basketball, one of the biggest names coming out is Skylar Diggins. The next big thing in the WNBA, Skylar Diggins signed with Roc Nation Sports.
Graduating from college, Skylar Diggins is now a member of the Tulsa Shock. Giving a “thank you” to his new client, Jay-Z purchased a Mercedes-Benz CLS for Skylar Diggins that came with a note that read “enjoy.” On Twitter, Skylar Diggins thanked both Jay-Z and Roc Nation Sports.
