It takes a special type of person to be a passionate sports fan. An even more special person is one who understands a sports fan. Dedicated to their team and firmly against their rivals, sports fans are hard to swallow by those not as hardcore. This is one reason why Lil Wayne has gotten into trouble.
Despite living in Miami, Lil Wayne has not been a fan of the Heat. Instead, Lil Wayne has made enemies out of Miami’s Dwyane. Back in 2011, Lil Wayne got into a verbal altercation with Dwyane Wade that lasts to this day. With Miami turning the heat up on Lil Wayne, he attended an Oklahoma City Thunder game and later Golden State Warriors.
Recently, Lil Wayne attended the Golden State Warriors game four victory over the San Antonio Spurs. Dominating the NBA over the past fifteen years, the San Antonio Spurs have their hands full with the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors would go on to defeat the Spurs in game four and tie the series at two games apiece with Lil Wayne supporting them along the way.
