Memphis hip hop was put on the map by Three 6 Mafia. This group was headlined by current hip hop leader, Juicy J, DJ Paul, and Gangsta Boo. In 2012, Juicy J exploded onto the scene with “Bands a Make Her Dance,” but before this Gangsta Boo had a bit of headline-grabbing success.
Because Juicy J and DJ Paul have gone solo, many have hinted at there possibly being tension between the two rappers. Juicy J denied this, but Three 6 Mafia lost several members over the past couple of years. Gangsta Boo is among the former Three 6 Mafia members out there.
Vlad TV talked to Gangsta Boo and she spoke about her last interaction with Juicy J. In spite of her tone in the interview, Gangsta Boo maintained she did not have any ill will harbored against Juicy J. But, when she went to one of his Memphis concerts, Gangsta Boo spoke on how Juicy J was acting sne she went on to say one of her friends really wrote “Bands a Make Her Dance.”
