Everyone has had jokes for Mister Cee, as he has been caught up with male prostitutes two times over the past two years. First time around, Mister Cee did not directly address the situation. But, after it happened the second time, Mister Cee decided he would directly talk about the issue.
A legendary Hot 97 DJ, it goes against what hip hop seemingly stands for to come out of the closet. But, everyone is human, which means they have feelings. In the NBA, last week, Jason Collins revealed he was gay. Hip hop has supported him and Mister Cee directly spoke on his situation.
During his interview with Hot 97’s morning show with Peter Rosenberg, DJ Cipha Sounds, Ebro Darden, and K. Foxx, Mister Cee spoke on the situation. Mister Cee spoke on a few of the details with his 2011 court case in mind. In the interview, Mister Cee said he was pulled by a female police officer, but the media changed it to male. Mister Cee has insisted he is not gay throughout and Charlamagne Tha God on Power 105.1 called him out later, as Donkey of the Day.
