When it came to most of 2012’s hit singles, Mike WiLL Made It. Of course, his grind goes back way longer than a year, but this is when the game took notice. Mike WiLL made one hit and then he went back and made more. Juicy J knows what a beat from Mike WiLL can do and so does Rihanna.
Mike WiLL Made It gave 2 Chainz the boost he needed in 2012 when he gave him the “No Lie” beat that Drake ultimately also was featured on. Months after Future released Pluto, he kept the album alive with “Turn on the Lights,” which was produced by Mike WiLL Made It. This dude is easy to support because of his work ethic.
Never can a person quite pinpoint what Mike WiLL Made It will do next, outside of just knowing it’s going to be a hit. Dominating the sound of 2012, Mike WiLL plans to do the same in 2013. If he keeps going at this rate, Mike WiLL Made It can easily be placed into the category of the legends.
