No independent rapper has been able to come out and do what Mac Miller has done since the days of Big L. What does an independent rapper do after topping the charts independently? They star in a reality show that airs on MTV, well at least that is what happened with Mac Miller.
Mac Miller has become the face of MTV2 with the high-rated “Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family.” The first season of the show wrapped and Mac Miller has since returned to making new music. Coming up next from the Pittsburgh rapper is his sophomore album, Watching Movies with the Sound Off.
Recently, Mac Miller was in New York City and he appeared on Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club.” During this interview, Mac Miller spoke on “The Most Dope Family” being renewed. With rumors of Mac Miller signing to Top Dawg Entertainment, he also discussed this and much more.
