Rumors point to FOX removing both Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey from the series. A lot of rumors are floating around. One even says Jennifer Lopez may return to the series as a judge. Whatever the case may be, Nicki Minaj turned many fans off with her antics, centering around her feud with Mariah Carey.
All drama aside, Hollywood may have taken notice of Nicki Minaj. Recently, the Young Money femcee was cast to star in the upcoming film, The Other Woman. The comedy revenge film will star Nicki Minaj alongside Cameron Diaz, Kate Upton, Leslie Mann, and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.
In the film, Cameron Diaz discovers she is the “other woman” and she teams up with Leslie Mann’s character, who is the wife of the husband cheating with Diaz. Nicki Minaj also will be interacting with the cheating husband, as she will be playing the role of his busybody assistant. Filming for the movie is set to begin early in the summer in Nicki Minaj’s native, New York.
