Hip hop’s go-to crooner is Miguel and he is currently on the hottest song out. J. Cole initially promised to release his sophomore album in 2012. While J. Cole had plans of dropping his album last year, nothing came aside from the exception of a couple of tracks.
Instead, J. Cole got right for 2013 with his Born Sinner album. Due in two months, J. Cole is holding fans over with his “Power Trip” single. Sharing the hook with J. Cole is his frequent collaborator, Miguel. On the solo side of things, Miguel recently linked up with popular newcomer, Kendrick Lamar, for the “How Many Drinks” remix.
This week, Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club” has loaded up on R&B guests. While they talked to John Legend this morning, DJ Envy, Charlamagne Tha God, and Angela Yee talked to Miguel yesterday morning. During the interview, Miguel talked about J. Cole and “Power Trip,” along with Kendrick Lamar.
