Surely, Joe Budden has come a long way since the days of “Pump it Up.” His feud with then-label boss, Jay-Z, is likely to have caused his five year delay between albums. But, he managed to overcome and became a mixtape legend along the way. Joe Budden used this to his advantage, getting a new label deal and a supergroup.
Over the past few years, Joe Budden has been best-known for his membership in the supergroup, Slaughterhouse. The foursome consists of several rappers who were delayed on their solo projects and came together. Eminem signed them to Shady Records and they released their welcome to: OUR House album.
Since the Slaughterhouse album, Joe Budden has released his No Love Lost album and reunited with Tahiry Jose on VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop.” When Joe Budden appeared on MTV’s “RapFix Live,” he spoke on his relationship with Tahiry Jose and Kaylin Garcia. He would reveal he is currently single and celibate to Sway Calloway.
