Close to one decade after his major deal with Jive Records, Papoose finally delivered his debut album, The Nacirema Dream. Yeah, the album faced a lot of delays, but those who heard it can agree that it came right on time. Now, Papoose can boast about his previous album and look forward to his next.

Erykah Badu is among the guest features on the album. Badu appears on “Cure,” which is a standout track on the album. On the song, Papoose rapped about being a potential disease and Erykah Badu sang about the “Cure.” In recent years, Erykah Badu has been a tough feature to land.

Papoose recently talked to ThisIs50.com about his new album. Young Jack Thriller talked to Papoose about the collaborations on the project. Other than Erykah Badu, Papoose also has features from Jadakiss and many more veterans. In the interview, Pap explained all of this.
