Named by MTV as 2012’s “Hottest MC in the Game,” Kendrick Lamar is holding on to the title, so far, in 2013. Coming into 2013, Kendrick Lamar was pushing his “Poetic Justice” single with Drake. The song has become a bigger hit early in 2013, but soon Kendrick began focusing on another single off the project.
When everyone was discussing good kid, m.A.A.d. city, a lot of people praised the track entitled “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe.” Young Guru went to Austin, Texas for SXSW 2013 and he talked about Jay-Z being on the remix of the song. Days later, the official remix hit radio waves and the internet.
Kendrick Lamar has a lot to celebrate and he is one of the few rookies can boast about having a Jay-Z collaboration. Now, Miguel has made an announcement about an upcoming collaboration with Kendrick Lamar. Miguel recently released his “How Many Drinks” single off his sophomore album and he went on to reveal Kendrick Lamar may appear on the remix.
