Brooklyn’s hip hop scene truly began to take off when The Notorious B.I.G. took the game over. Since then, there have been many other major stars to emerge, starting with Jay-Z. Troy Ave represents the next era of hip hop in Brooklyn. Preparing his own takeover of the game, Troy Ave is introducing his BSB crew. Today, they have paid homage to The Notorious B.I.G. through their freestyle over Biggie’s “Who Shot Ya.”
