Where Future left off in the Atlanta mixtape game is where Young Scooter picked up at, with Street Lottery being his latest offering. Having Future, Gucci Mane, and Rocko in his corner, Young Scooter has the makings of the next big star in the game. Atlanta has done well, premiering several new stars.
The biggest two new artists from Atlanta were Ca$h Out and Young Scooter in 2012. Of course, Ca$h Out had most of the mainstream attention last year. Expected to continue his run in 2013, Young Scooter is preparing to elevate his mixtape game into the mainstream, much like Future did.
Young Scooter has recently been making his rounds with the media and this led him to his latest interview. Sway Calloway invited Young Scooter over to Shade 45 for an interview with “Sway in the Morning” after having him on MTV’s “RapFix Live.” During the interview, Young Scooter talked about the “Colombia” video and advice from Future.
