When he should be taking a break, Gucci Mane continues to work. Most rappers are considered consistent when they release a few mixtapes and an album every year. Gucci Mane has released up to four albums and fifteen mixtapes within the span of a year. Last year, Gucci Mane slowed down, just a bit.
However, Gucci Mane has picked things up in 2013. First, Gucci Mane released his Trap God 2 mixtape, which is still fresh on the minds of many and in rotation. Not even allowing this mixtape to age, Gucci Mane has already begun working on Trap Back 2, which DJ Holiday will host, and also Free Bricks 2 with Young Scooter.
Earlier today, Gucci Mane announced the release date for Trap Back 2, which is March 15. In addition to the release date, Gucci Mane also unveiled the Trap Back 2 mixtape cover. While the three week wait begins, expect Gucci Mane to deliver quite a bit of music in the meantime.
