Since 2009, fans have been waiting for a new Jadakiss album. Once he finally released The Last Kiss, Jadakiss said he planned to release a new album every year. Of course, label politics have gotten in the way.
Label politics are a major reason Styles P went independent on his last two albums. Given his consistent flow of albums, Styles P has lived up to Jadakiss’ album a year promise. Releasing albums in 2011 and 2012, Styles P plans to keep this up in 2013.
Recently, Styles P released a new video where he announced his new album, which will be titled Float. When discussing this album, Styles P announced the project would be solely produced by Scram Jones. There is no current release date for the album, but Styles P plans to keep enough music out to hold fans over until things are squared away.
