Two years ago, Future rose to fame on the strength of his “Tony Montana” single. At the time, Future was big on the mixtape scene, but boasted industry connections. However, it ended up being a co-sign from Drake that helped put Future over the top. Now, Future is one of the biggest rappers in the game.
Throughout this journey, Future has always talked about his Freebandz Gang, which has a joint deal with Rocko’s A1 Recordings and Epic Records. Without any formal introduction, Young Scooter and Slice 9 rose to fame. Young Scooter also works closely with Gucci Mane and his crew.
But, this weekend, Young Scooter, along with the rest of the Freebandz Gang, will be partying in Houston for the 2013 NBA All-Star Game. Future and Young Scooter will host a day party that begins at 2 pm. Meanwhile, they and the rest of Freebandz Gang will perform.
