Much like Game, fans assumed Wiz Khalifa was done with his last album. Both released singles off their albums months in advance. The last single released from Wiz Khalifa’s sophomore effort, O.N.I.F.C., was “Remember You” with The Weeknd. Given the success of the single, many assumed the promotion from the album was done.
Crews have re-entered hip hop and have taken over the game. Of course, Wiz Khalifa also comes with a crew. Taylor Gang has a large following due to their mixtapes, but still are a relatively new name in the mainstream. Chevy Woods has built his own following, outside of Taylor Gang and new addition, Juicy J, also does well.
Hard Knock TV recently talked to Wiz Khalifa about his ongoing projects. Taking up enough of the spotlight on his own, Wiz Khalifa told Hard Knock TV a Taylor Gang compilation album was in the works, along with his album with Curren$y. Also, the next single from Wiz Khalifa will be “Let it Go” with Akon.
