Much uncertainty surrounded Mobb Deep only one year ago. Since the crew first began making music, it seemed as if Prodigy was the talker of the crew and Havoc was just there. The duo made much classic music, but there was trouble in paradise. Mobb Deep split last spring and there were even diss records made.

With Prodigy calling out the likes of N.O.R.E., Jay-Z, and Ja Rule in My Infamous Life, it did seem as if Havoc was getting annoyed. Outside of Mobb Deep, Havoc is one of the most-talented producers in the game and Prodigy could influence business. Regardless, Havoc took aim on Twitter, denied it, but later admitted it.

Prodigy often said he and Havoc would soon reunite and this is the case. The official twenty year anniversary takes place this year and Mobb Deep is not missing it for anything in the world. In celebration of their big 2-0, Mobb Deep is launching an anniversary tour. Their first performance will be at the Paid Dues Festival 2013, which will mark their first official reunion.
