Since joining the cast of VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop,” the media has played up Joe Budden’s situation with Raqi Thunda and Tahiry Jose. Another device used by the media has been this apparent beef with Consequence. Joe Budden has done several interviews since the fall of 2012 about both his A Loose Quarter mixtape and his No Love Lost album.
Before Joe Budden joined “Love & Hip Hop,” he announced his plans to release his new album and he did, today. Since Joe Budden began starring in “Love & Hip Hop,” he has been pulling double duty in the media. In most of his interviews, Joe Budden has talked about both his new album and his role on “Love & Hip Hop.”
During an early interview, Joe Budden said he would never collaborate with Consequence, which led to the latter calling him out in the media. Neither Joe Budden or Consequence are considered punks. With both being outspoken, Joe Budden confronted Consequence over his statements in the media when the cast of “Love & Hip Hop” did a cast interview with Hot 97.
