In 2007, Cam’ron found himself the odd man out when his group-mates, Jim Jones and Juelz Santana practically sided with 50 Cent over him during their feud. There were a lot of rumors surrounding The Diplomats during this period of time. Cam’ron disappeared and returned in 2009, working with a young emcee, Vado.

Stamped by Cam’ron, Vado became the biggest mixtape rapper in New York City. After a host of magazine features, labels began inquiring about Vado. Interscope Records won the bid and Vado remained on the label until his recent departure. There have been rumors of Vado being a member of DJ Khaled’s We the Best.

Recently, Vado admitted the deal had not been signed yet. But, when Vado talked to ThisIs50.com he revealed his deal with DJ Khaled is official. While he is a member of We the Best, Vado discussed his rumored supergroup with Juelz Santana, Lloyd Banks, and Fabolous.
