This past week has been big for DJ Symphony and Radio Invasion. Yesterday marked the official release the latest DJ Symphony mixtape. Independent Invasion, Vol. 1, which was hosted by Ghostface Killah, was released yesterday through Hip Hop Vibe. Through the mixtape, several independent artists were able to gain both media exposure and radio play.
As much as the hip hop game has changed, there are several elements of the game that have remained the same. Despite the number of views and downloads received, there are many who get a simple joy out of hearing their song played on the radio. Through apps in phones, even internet radio can play directly in cars, which is what many do.
Radio Invasion is quickly becoming one of the biggest online radio stations. With DJ Symphony being an official Wu-Tang Clan DJ, he has countless connections in the industry. Now, DJ Symphony is putting these connections to use with a Radio Invasion promo. In addition to the members of the Wu-Tang Clan, DJ Symphony had Eve, Prodigy, and Sheek Louch included in his promo.
