The “New West” continues to deliver and today it is all about Los Angeles’ YG. Earlier today, YG released his latest mixtape, Just Re’d Up 2, which is hosted by DJ Mustard and DJ Ill Will. Appearances on this mixtape come from Dom Kennedy, Joe Moses, Ray J, Nipsey Hussle, Juicy J, Young Jeezy, Young Scooter, Wiz Khalifa, and many others. One difference between the “New West” and the older generation of Los Angeles hip hop is their frequent collaborations with artists from other regions.
