Only months after 50 Cent released Before I Self Destruct, he announced he had another album set to be released. Despite the album being announced on the heels of his fourth album, 50 Cent wanted to release it during the spring. Eventually, 50 Cent delayed the album and changed the title.

Slowly, three years have passed and 50 Cent has yet to deliver a new album. In 2010, there were rumors of 50 Cent leaving Interscope Records for EMI Records. Actually, this only was a one-off deal for Lloyd Banks. 50 Cent would wind up getting into a major spat with Interscope Records, releasing 5 as an independent album.

Recently, 50 Cent revealed Street King Immortal would be released in February. The album was supposed to be set in stone. However, 50 Cent told MTV News that his new release will be coming out sometime during the spring. Now, it seems as if 50 Cent will never release his new album.
