A beautiful face, Kendria Godair is a person the world will be hearing and seeing more of in the future, as she is a rising model and singer. Located in North Carolina, Kendria Godair is making moves in music and in modeling. Fans of Playboy should be familiar with her, as she is a member of their “Girls of Golf.”
Outside of Playboy, Kendria Godair has also enjoyed success as a video vixen. Some of the music videos that Kendria Godair have appeared in have found their way onto MTV3. Focused harder than ever on both of her professions, Kendria Godair is plotting her own special takeover here in the early days of 2013.
Hip Hop Vibe had the pleasure of speaking to Kendria Godair, who is our latest Hottie of the Week. During the interview, Kendria Godair spoke on what she is doing to advance her careers in both singing and modeling. Kendria Godair talked about what the driving force behind all of her hard work is and how she plans to make it all work out in the end.

Intro:
How was your holiday season? It was a blast!! I spent it at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville. It is like a town under one roof its amazing and at Christmas, they employ 5,000 people, wild!
When did you know the entertainment business was the right business for you? Since I was a little girl, all I have ever dreamed about is singing. I have always known what I wanted to do, so starting to pursue it is a dream come true.
Singing vs. Modeling:
Which do you consider to be your strongest interest, modeling or singing? Definitely singing. Modeling is fun and has great rewards, but singing is where my heart is.
Who are some of the heavy-hitters in the modeling industry that you have worked with? I have been a Playboy “Girl of Golf” for two years, which is super fun and I had the pleasure of working with Crystal Hefner and Amy Leigh Andrews in New Orleans. One of my favorite shoots was with Joel Flora, who is a Playboy photographer.
Planning For The Future:
Thus far, how has your music career been going? It is just now getting started, but I have hooked up with some great musicians and singers that are mentoring me. I have a few videos on YouTube, as of now.
How important do you feel a back-up plan is when you are pursuing a dream? Very important, but if you know what you want out of life, I believe if you work hard and you have the talent you can achieve it.
Motivation, Relaxation, and Contact:
What serves as your motivation when things get difficult? Well, for one, my son because I want him to have everything in life that he wants, needs, and more. I look at how far I’ve come in the last year and say to myself “I’ve come so far, there’s no way I’m giving up now!”
When you are off the clock, what do you do to unwind? I go to the gym, it makes me feel great, and it helps me relax. Also, I love to go to clubs and dance that is like a month of therapy! (laughs).
