Thinking of Harlem in 2013, the mainstream hip hop world primarily think of A$AP Mob and their superstar, A$AP Rocky. Former A$AP Mob member, Dominic Lord, has been making his waves in the game for some time. Last year, Dominic Lord landed a viral hit with “Pierce (remix),” which features Pusha T.
Buzz has picked up for Dominic Lord, as he has continued to pursue his goals of making music. There are a large number of Harlem rappers making moves and Dominic Lord is among the leaders. Recently, Dominic Lord took in a studio session with Blood Diamonds and he recorded with the FADER TV.
FADER caught up with Dominic Lord, as he and Blood Diamonds were working on his latest track, “Barcode.” Back in December, Dominic Lord released his The Fashion Show EP and now he is planning to get back in there and release more music. The future is looking to be bright for this former “mob” member.
