Before the end of 2012, Rick Ross hinted at releasing a new album. Every January, Rick Ross tends to announce his next album. With 2012 being a rare year, Rick Ross is back at it in 2013. Recently, Rick Ross made plans to announce his new album on January 7, confirming there is one in the works.
