When Soulja Boy launched his SODMG (Stacks on Deck Money Gang), it was more than an outlet for himself. Soulja Boy, from the beginning, was billionaire minded and his focus was expansion. Benny Maxey is proof of Soulja Boy’s expansion, as he is a native of Ocala, Florida, as opposed to the SODMG Atlanta headquarters.
Outside of Miami, Florida’s hip hop scene is growing. There are several stars rising from Orlando and even veterans putting in work. The original Maybach Music artists, Gunplay and Young Breed, are even inviting in a new Miami generation. In Ocala, there is Benny Maxey doing his thing.
Benny Maxey is one of hip hop’s rising talents and he has plans of taking his act international. His upcoming mixtape, Atlanta to Ocala will be hosted by DJ Mix Master G, who is from Germany. The mixtape will be released exclusively through Hip Hop Vibe in the near future.
